Cadets attending this event must have been issued with uniform

Date - SATURDAY 09 AUG TO SATURDAY 16 AUG 25

IMPORTANT - Parental Consent MUST be given via the portal before the closing date, if parental consent is not given via the portal your child/ward will NOT be able to attend Annual Camp 2025. Also, you MUST ensure medical details, including mental health medical details, prior to your child/ward's attendance at Annual Camp 2025.

Location: Longmoor Camp, Hampshire

Cost: £75 per cadet

CLOSING DATE FOR NAMES AND PAYMENT IS WEDNESDAY, 11 JULY 2025

Accommodation: Cadets will be accommodated in barracks on the camp

Feeding: Cadets will be fed from the cookhouse, first meal is evening meal, Saturday 09 AUGUST

Dress: Cadets are required to wear their full uniform including smocks and berets. Cadets without issued uniform will not be able to attend this weekend. List is with the joining instructions.

Assembly details: Cadets are to arrive at Kingston Army Reserve Centre No Later Than 1300 on Saturday 9th August, 19 Portsmouth Road, Kingston Upon Thames, KT1 2QX.

Minimum security requirements are to be followed.

Dispersal details: Cadets will be dispersed from Kingston Army Reserve Centre by 1330 on Saturday 16 AUGUST 2025, this may be earlier due to transport and ferry and parents/carers must be ready to collect their child/ward earlier if required.

Please note - The MOD/ACF insurance covers injury whilst on training, it does not cover personal property. Participants should ensure they are suitably covered by insurance by an addition to their home contents insurance or a separate holiday insurance for this event.
